Data Deletion Instructions for LedgerFlow

This page explains how to delete your LedgerFlow account data and request removal of data processed through Meta WhatsApp Business services.

1. Self-serve deletion (recommended)

If you can access your LedgerFlow account, you can request deletion in the web app: Settings > Profile > Delete account. This removes your user profile and disconnects your access to your organization. Account owners can delete or export organization data from within their workspace.

2. Submit a deletion request

If you cannot access your account, submit a request through our support page and include the following details so we can verify your identity:

  • Account email and business name
  • Phone number used for WhatsApp messaging (if applicable)
  • Requested scope (user account only, or full organization data)

3. What we delete

We delete or anonymize your user profile, login credentials, and associated messaging metadata. If you request full organization deletion, we will remove business data such as customers, transactions, invoices, and message logs, subject to retention obligations.

4. Retention exceptions

We may retain limited records when required by law, for tax or accounting compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Retained data is restricted and protected.

5. Timing

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. We will confirm once deletion is complete or if additional information is needed.
